Beverley Sprague

As a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and the Food Media Club of Australia, Beverley was, for over 20 years the owner of AMANO, Perth's premier private cooking school and fine European cookware store. During this time, she led numerous bespoke gourmet groups to Southeast Asia and Europe.

In 2008, she handed over the reins of the cooking school to indulge more fully her passion for all things food and travel, and now creates unique culinary and cultural journeys for the discerning traveller. A passionate francophile, she visits France on a regular basis and has taught at La Combe since 2002, finding this special part of Southwest France a food lover's paradise.

Her program is focused on the outstanding seasonal produce of this incomparable area of the Périgord.
