Kim Howard

Kim Howard has had a love affair with food her entire life. Cultivated and stirred by her mother Sara, she trained at L'Academie de Cuisine in Washington, D.C., Instituto de Allende in San Miguel d'Allende, Mexico, and Le Cordon Bleu, London. As an event planner and chef, she was instrumental in the development of a full brunch program and expansion of a daily menu at Clyde's Restaurant in Georgetown, Washington D.C. She helped develop cooking classes and demonstrations at Table Talk in Tucson, Arizona.

She has worked with award-winning chef Barbara Fenzl for over 10 years at Les Gourmettes Cooking School in Phoenix, Arizona, and has participated in numerous culinary trips to La Combe in Périgord.

Kim is most proud as the mother of four children. She is also a certified yoga instructor and teaches in the Phoenix area.
