Owner Beverley Sprague is a passionate Francophile and spends time in France on a regular basis. A member of the Food Media Club of Australia, and the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), Bev has taught at La Combe for some years, and her program combines a love of the classics incorporating the outstanding seasonal produce of this incomparable area of the Périgord.
