Pamela Keith is passionate about cooking and sharing great food with others. She brings that passion to the tables of her clients through her company Pamela Keith--Bringing the Art of Cooking Home--a full service culinary company offering private cooking classes and parties, personal chef services, corporate and private sector team building events, and elegant catered events.

A classically French trained chef, Pamela's professional career ranges from restaurant management to executive food and beverage director for a major hotel chain, chef, culinary instructor, and now founder of her own company. Pamela received her grand-diplôme from the Ritz-Escoffier École de Gastronomie Française in Paris, and worked in a number of Michelin-star restaurants including L'Espadon in the Hotel Ritz, Michel Rostang, and Jacques Cagna. For nearly ten years, Pamela was the Culinary Director and Resident Chef/Instructor for Draeger's Supermarkets and Culinary Centers, one of the country's most renowned gourmet retailers and culinary educational centers. In addition to her role as Draeger's Culinary Director, Pamela was the original creative force behind Draeger's popular private label line of packaged foods, Epicurean Classics.

In addition to Pamela Keith's Kitchen Craft, Pamela has served as consulting chef for corporate food clients such as Bon Appétit Management Company and Caper Foods in San Francisco. Pamela also shares her enthusiasm and knowledge of cooking with food aficionados all over the world through cooking classes, public appearances, and gastronomic tours of the Dordogne region in the Southwest of France. Pamela has served as spokesperson for Nestle Specialty Foods, and has partnered with Williams-Sonoma to develop their culinary instruction program.
