Lora Brody's latest cookbooks are Chocolate American Style and The Cape Cod Table. Her 20 other books cover everything from bread to slow cooking. She has been teaching at La Combe since it opened and finds the place, the experience, and the students who join her there to be what a food lover's dreams are made of.
