Lora Brody & Barbara Lauterbach

What could possibly be better than learning from one great cooking teacher? Learning from two! Cookbook authors and culinary educators, Lora Brody and Barbara Lauterbach are teaming up to offer the bonus of double the experience and double the fun.

Cooking teacher and professional photographer, Lora Brody’s latest cookbooks are Chocolate American Style and The Cape Cod Table. Her 20 other books cover everything from bread to slow cooking. She has been teaching at La Combe since it opened and finds the place, the experience, and the students who join her there to be what a food lover’s dreams are made of. She welcomes students of all and every level from the rank beginner to the seasoned pro because in her classes the students learn not only from her but from each other as well.
